What you get

• 14 days before: An agenda where each item says what the board must decide.
• 7 days before: The pack. One page with decision points, figures and deadlines from your own material, with page references. Plus the questions the board will ask.
• The day after the meeting: Draft minutes with decision, owner and deadline for each item.
• 14 days after: A reminder about the action items. Their status goes into the next agenda.

You send

• Figures and attachments no later than 14 days before the meeting.
• Notes or an audio recording from the meeting the day after.
• A signed data processing agreement before we see your material.

Good to know

Kenneth does not attend the meeting. You do not log in anywhere. Everything arrives by email with a link.

Guarantee

The pack is with you 7 days before the meeting. If not, the meeting costs nothing. This applies when you have sent the figures no later than 14 days before.

Price

DKK 4,995 per meeting. No VAT is added. The price applies to the first 3 customers, who give a testimonial afterwards.
