Terms of Service

BoardReady is a digital governance and board platform for SMEs that combines risk assessment, governance analysis and practical board work (including the Risk Communication Score, Board Fit, Governance Check, board material and meeting follow-up). It is part of the Early Warning Index (EWI) suite. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the company you register. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

BoardReady Pro is an annual subscription at DKK 2,500 / EUR 335 per year. Prices are inclusive of VAT. A paid subscription starts with a 15-day free trial. A valid payment card is required up front; you are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid annual subscription and your card is charged. The subscription renews automatically for successive one-year periods until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then, and the subscription does not renew. If you instead delete your account, your subscription is cancelled immediately and all your data is permanently erased. Deleting your account during a paid period forfeits the remainder of that period. Except where required by mandatory law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not refund partial periods.

You agree not to: use BoardReady for any unlawful purpose; upload content you have no right to use; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data; reverse engineer, copy or resell the service; or interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

You retain ownership of the data and content you enter. You grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide and improve the service, including sending content you submit for analysis to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your analysis. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy and Security page.

BoardReady uses AI to generate scores, questions, suggestions and narratives. These are decision-support tools, not legal, financial, accounting, investment or other professional advice, and may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for decisions you and your board make. Always apply your own judgement and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

BoardReady, including its software, design, scoring frameworks and content (excluding your own data), is owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You may not use our trademarks without permission.

We aim to keep BoardReady available and reliable but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions based on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for BoardReady in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms us or other users. You may stop using the service and cancel or delete your account at any time as described above.

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example by email or in the app). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
