Do you have a written ownership strategy or ownership plan for the company?

This means: a written plan for what you want out of the company as an owner — not as day-to-day manager, but as owner. E.g.: grow and sell in 5 years? Pass it to your children? Take dividends? It separates your "owner hat" from your "CEO hat".
